Simply put, anything that is the instrument’s fault is covered but not anything that is the fault of the user or any other person or event.
To maintain your instrument to the highest standard it is important to have it serviced and adjusted regularly by our approved technicians. We recommend every 12 -18 months.
Your product must have been purchased from an authorised Temby Australia dealer or direct from Temby Australia otherwise no warranty applies. If you are unsure if the person or business that you are buying your Temby Australia product from is an authorised dealer, please feel free to contact us.
While Temby Australia uses only the highest quality lacquers on it’s instruments we are unable to warranty the finish as individual players skin pH varies widely and can have a significant affect on the deterioration of the finish which is outside of our control.
Temby Australia warranty does not cover:
- Accidental or malicious damage or misuse
- Lacquer finish – for any cause or deterioration other than manufacturing defect
- Plating finishes by reason of perspiration acid, atmospheric conditions or other external causes including non factory approved cleaning agents
- Normal wear and tear including consumable parts such as pads, springs, felts and corks
