If you’re not satisfied with your selection, then neither are we. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of a new item, simply return it in its original condition within 14 days of purchase (see below for exceptions) and we’ll give you a full refund less payment and cleaning fees. Simple as that. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warranties and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge or declined. Please note all new instruments are professionally set up and play tested prior to shipping to ensure they are playing at their best. Your refund will be processed in a timely manner upon successful evaluation of your returned item from our trained professionals.
Refunds are made for product value only, excluding freight charges. If you received Free Shipping on your order, the value of this uncharged shipping cost (at actual cost, not flat rate tier) will be deducted from your refund.
For change of mind returns where payment was made by paypal or stripe there will also be a deduction for all transaction fees incurred as paypal and stripe no longer refunds transaction fees for refunds.
Refunds are also subject to a cleaning fee as per the schedule below.
All woodwind and brass instruments that are returned for reasons other than for defects incur a $40.00 sanitising fee.
Faulty or defective products
In the event you believe your purchased product to be faulty please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. Depending on the severity of the fault Temby Australia reserves the right to repair or replace the product or refund the sale value. If the product is assessed and found to not be faulty or defective you may incur an inspection fee of $20 and be charged any shipping fees incurred.
